How do you fix Touch ID from an iOS update?

TTouch ID has stopped working after installing the new iOS 10. The screen says, "Failed, please try again later" for the past two weeks. Does anyone know how to fix this situation? Before, it was working perfectly. I tried restarting my iPhone, reseting settings, and refreshed my iCloud on my device.

Did you already try to set it back to factory settings, without using the latest backup. Test the TouchID function. If it works, restore from the backup.

3. If factory resetting does not help, get the phone serviced by Apple, only they can replace the home button and pair it again to the phone.
